All Diligent Fitness programming is centered around strength training and conditioning. My priority is to get you strong, first & foremost!
I believe in the power of nutrition to support your fitness journey. The best nutrition practices include sustainable, balanced, and delicious, foods. Incorporating whole, nutrient-dense foods to fuel your body and mind are vital for fat loss and overall health, but I teach my clients that highly restrictive diets that don’t allow us to eat the foods we love aren’t realistic. We can maintain healthy diets long-term when we understand that ALL foods can fit!
