I have a passion for teaching the "how" and "why" behind health. My goal is simple: to give everyday people the tools they need to build a strong physique they can be proud of without overwhelming or complicated advice.
I specialize in taking the 'noise' of the fitness industry and turning it into simple, manageable steps that actually work for people in a realistic and sustainable way. I have had the privilege of bringing these workshops to large non-profits, churches, women’s groups, and Greek organizations across Detroit and beyond.
