Frequently asked questions

Yes. Every exercise can be modified to fit your current fitness level. Because our classes are intimate, you'll receive individual guidance on your form and movement every step of the way.
Classes are structured, coach-led workouts led by Carly, offered both in-studio and virtually. We keep the workout routines consistent for 6–7 weeks at a time so you can master the movements, build strength, and track your progress clearly. Everyone works at their own pace.
Nutrition is the primary driver of weight loss. While our strength training builds muscle, improves fitness, and changes your body composition, body weight changes depend largely on your dietary consistency. To support you, we offer nutrition workshops to help you align your eating habits with your goals.
If you are new to this, it will be challenging, but manageable. The hardest part is often pushing past the initial nerves and muscle soreness. Our coaching environment is supportive and encouraging — never aggressive or reckless.
We offer a full virtual option. Live 30-minute Zoom classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings. Every live session is recorded, giving you on-demand access to train whenever your schedule allows. You can choose a membership with live access or an on-demand-only option.
No. You do not need to get in shape to start strength training. Start as you are, and watch your strength, fitness, and confidence build over time.
A set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells plus an exercise mat are ideal for home workouts. As you progress, having a few different weight options will help you continue building strength.
During live Zoom sessions, keep your camera on so Carly can observe your movement and provide real-time form adjustments and cues.
