DILIGENT FITNESS OFFERS BOTH VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON TRAINING OPTIONS
Virtual classes are LIVE via Zoom and include interactive coaching for personalized guidance. I’m able to see each member in real-time, allowing me to offer specific corrections and adjustments to ensure proper form and technique. Whether you need a tweak on your posture or a tip to maximize your workout, I’m here to provide immediate feedback and keep you on track. Your progress and safety are my top priorities!
You’ll need minimal equipment and space for these workouts. Plan to use a variety of dumbbell sizes and an exercise mat.
